Description

Tokyo Riki Arcoba ACH thinning scissors in cobalt steel with offset handle. Available in 30-tooth and 40-tooth variants, made in Japan.

Where this sits

Manufactured in Japan.

The Arcoba ACH series covers two thinning configurations drawn directly from their model numbers: the ACH-30T carries 30 teeth and the ACH-40T carries 40 teeth. Fewer teeth remove more hair per pass, so the 30T suits heavier blending and weight removal; the 40T takes less hair per stroke and works well for light texturising and softening. Both are built in cobalt steel with an offset handle, consistent with the Arcoba AC cutting range they pair with.

Tokyo Riki has manufactured scissors in Itabashi, Tokyo since 1946. The ACH designation places these thinning models within the Arcoba line rather than the Kocho family.

For current pricing on both ACH variants, visit Hasamiya 884 or see the Tokyo Riki brand page on ScissorPedia.
