Professional Opinion
Hand engraving by a master craftsman sits on top of the Damascus blade, so this flagship works as much as a collector's piece as a daily cutter. Underneath the artwork it still performs: 58 to 62 HRC and a convex edge, in a single 6.0 inch length.
Maintenance Tips
- Wipe blades after each client
- Oil pivot daily
- Use only a sharpener experienced with Mizutani convex edges
- Mizutani recommends authorized service for warranty coverage
