JP Plan Michiko Cutting Scissors

The JP Plan Michiko is the precision-cut series within the JP Plan range, built from ATS-314 steel. ATS-314 (also written ATS-34) is a powder-metallurgy stainless steel with finer carbide distribution than standard 440C grades, which supports a sharper and longer-lasting convex edge on daily cutting work.

The Michiko uses the same offset handle geometry as other JP Plan models, keeping the ring finger lower than the thumb to reduce wrist strain across a full schedule. For sizing, current stock, and pricing, visit Scissor Warrior or the JP Plan brand page on ScissorPedia.

Professional Opinion

ATS-314 powder steel is a step up in edge retention within this range, so the Michiko suits precision and detail cutting particularly well. The offset handle keeps your wrist neutral, and Scissor Warrior lists current sizing and pricing.
