At 7.0”, the blade covers significantly more hair per stroke than a standard 5.5–6.0” shear, making it the appropriate tool for over-comb work on longer sections and for barbers who favour an extended reach on scissor-over-comb or slide cutting.
440C steel is ground to a convex cross-section for clean closure through each stroke. Offset handle geometry keeps wrist posture neutral even at the extended blade length. Made in Tokyo under Dowa International.
