Description
The Passion 2 Step is a patented thinning scissor from DOWA International. Its tooth design encourages hair to roll down the blade edge rather than being trapped, cutting each strand at random to eliminate uniform cut lines and create a softer, naturally blended result. Available in 16-tooth (20%), 28-tooth (25%), and 40-tooth (30%) configurations.
