Who we are Sharpline Scissors: established in 1989 in Sydney Australia, selling and servicing the very best hairdressing scissors from Japan. Since 2013 we have been established in Japan with our Service center and office in Kawagoe, Saitama and our training center and factory in Seki, Gifu.

In 1994 Sharpline established a scissor factory in Surry Hills, Sydney and manufactured the first high quality Stellas cobalt alloy models. In 2001 Sharpline moved its manufacturing to Japan and partnered with a high precision, high technology manufacturer to produce Sharpline Premium designs.
In 2013 Sharpline opened this online shop Scissorworld to sell its products to an international market.
All the Sharpline Premium, Quantum, Magnum, MicroSlit (tm), Stellas and Slice range scissors are 100% made in Japan and ISO certified to country of origin. Sharpline designs the scissors and they made to specifications with the new alloys, technologies and design features We develop. Sharpline spares no expense in achieving this goal.
Sharpline’s new Kawagoe office and training facility is where we will be training sales and servicing personnel from around the world.
