Excellent Edges has been in operation since 1988 which makes us the longest standing company in Australia solely devoted to producing the best scissors available for hairdressers.

We source all of our materials from Japan to ensure you are getting the best possible grades of steel. All of our scissors, including our Japanese brand imports go through our own workshop procedures to ensure you are getting the perfect scissor.

SERIOUS ABOUT SCISSORS Our company motto is “Scissors for the Serious” and every tool we have created has a specific purpose in mind. You will notice with all of our scissors that they designed to be used for a specific cutting style. Much like unicorns, there isn’t one scissor that can be perfect for each type of cutting technique, there are scissors that come close, but essentially it’s still a horse with a horn attached to it. Within our range you will find there are tools for specific cutting purposes along with some all-rounders for those who are just after the one scissor.

Besides making the worlds greatest scissors, we also have a huge range of accessories including combs, brushes, clips, pouches, cases and mannequin heads.

Any purchase you make can be exchanged within 30 days if you are not entirely happy with your choice. No questions asked!
